Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13 in 1981) is an American actor from the United States. His television career began with roles, including Opposite Sext in the year 2000. Evans gained acclaim for his performance as Human Torch, the Marvel Comics superhero, in Fantastic Four and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer in 2007. Evans played in various film adaptations based on comics and graphic novels, such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). Evans' portrayal as Steve Rogers/Captain America is featured in Marvel's Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 and 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) along with Endgame 2019, brought him more recognition. The Marvel films helped him become one of the highest-paid Hollywood actors.
